Damaged or Defective Items

If your unit arrives damaged, or a part fails from normal use at any point, contact us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement part or unit — no return shipping required, no time limit.

Change of Mind Returns

Unopened, unused units in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Custom Tail Markings

Units with a custom hand-lettered callsign or department marking are final sale once production begins. We confirm all custom text with you before building to ensure accuracy.
